What is Mindfulness?
Moment to moment awareness of our thoughts, feelings, body sensations & our surrounding environment…
accepting what is there and allowing
it to be just as it is…
How do we practice Mindfulness?
We can learn to practice formally by sitting or lying down, being alert but relaxed and following a guided exercise. We can also practice informally bringing mindfulness into our daily life by paying particular attention to what we are doing.
The benefits of Mindfulness
Research shows that practicing mindfulness on a regular basis even for a few weeks can help;
• Anxiety
• Stress
• Wellbeing
• Concentration and Productivity
