New for 2016 Magnetic Ideals is offering a series of gender and anti-discrimination training and workshop sessions. We run sessions uncovering gendered issues which can create conflict and background tension in your organisation or workplace, as well as offering broader anti-discrimination training for staff and management. We employ active learning techniques to ensure sessions are enjoyable and formative, and content is relevant, engaging and meaningful. We believe good practice should be cascaded and design all materials accordingly: you will be confident to pass on the knowledge you acquire to others who need it.

We can run half or whole day sessions according to your situation and always furnish participants with realistic, concrete outcomes for their specific context. We can assist organisations of any size and also provide fun and stimulating public sessions for community events. For the workplace:

• Gender in the workplace: what is sexism and what is not? Uncover the subtle and not-so-subtle beliefs holding back staff development, leading to lasting change in workplace culture.

• Think differently: from identity to non-identity. Discover the common mistake we all make in our everyday language and how it underpins discrimination. Learn how to overcome it, and how to share your discovery with others.
